We took an early morning drive into downtown Kuwait City to visit the large city park. It was pretty bare, sandy with patches of grass. There were nice shade trees and manicured shrubs.
On the left you can see far in the distance the shadow of the Kuwait Towers.
This is the view from the park into downtown. There is building going on everywhere!
Here's a couple of shots of a cool tower. I'm not sure what it is, but it kept peeking around corners at us!

ReplyDeleteThat top first building looks like a giant sheet metal screw.. some body didn't measure twice. I think I have that tower in my star wars toy collection.
